We’re thrilled to share that the progress on Forum City in Yekaterinburg is going very much as planned. Three of nine towers have been finished, including their roof-gardens and the landscaped park that connects them. The six remaining towers are on track to be finished soon. On the streets outside, we’re seeing the bike-stands, bike-paths and public benches that will support engaging street life. The towers have become an elegant presence in the district skyline, and it has become evident that their curved façades indeed offer the kind of privacy yet openness that was such a key design question from the start. The Moscow Times recently did an interview with LEVS and Forum City already won a prize for Best Residential Complex of 2020.
