LEVS architecten declares that personal data of business relations will be protected and processed according to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of May 2018.

We retain personal data for business communication and to comply with contractual and legal obligations. We only retain data that has been actively provided by our business relations or data available via public sources such as websites of business relations.

LEVS processes (business) data such as name, address, telephone number, email address, gender and position manually and under its own management in its address database. These data will be retained no longer than ten years after the end of the business relationship. We provide personal data to third parties only within the EU and only if this necessary for the implementation of the agreement with our business relation and to comply with legal obligations.

Our website only uses functional and analytical cookies that will not infringe your privacy.

LEVS architecten shall take appropriate measures to prevent undesirable disclosure, unauthorized modification and misuse of data. Data retained by us can be accessed, modified and removed via post@levs.nl.
