In the south of Leiden, on Churchilllaan, LEVS is designing new residential buildings. This falls within the broader development vision for Leiden South-West, a district with a lot of post-war housing where densification will take place. Part of this larger plan is the area vision Telderskade. There is currently a low density here, which will make way for sustainable living, sports, and play.
Client COD recently acquired a plot within Telderskade, around the Antoniuskerk – no longer in use since 2023 – and LEVS won the architectural selection. A beautiful assignment: to shape a new piece of living environment within such a large densification vision. On this plot, we are designing approximately 125 modern, sustainable apartments in various segments. This aligns with the municipal vision to bring more housing quality, strengthen the social fabric, and connect the neighborhood with nearby amenities and infrastructure.
