With The Blox, the transformation area Binckhorst in the Municipality of The Hague will gain a 130-meter-high iconic eye-catcher.
LEVS designed The Blox for high-rise specialist VORM Holding:
- 351 apartments, featuring a mix of social housing, mid-market rentals, and private-sector rentals.
- Vertical neighborhoods with a unique identity.
- Two rooftop parks for people and nature, in collaboration with Flux Landscape Architecture.
- Facade elements by WVH Groep.
Binckhorst is evolving from an industrial area into a vibrant urban district where living, working, and leisure come together. The Blox will be the landmark of this new neighborhood.
