First residents Havendreef in Heemstede

In Heemstede, the former industrial area at the port will be transformed into a residential area called Havendreef. LEVS designed a residential tower and a row of terrace houses on the waterfront for HBB.

The terrace houses are now inhabited, and the tower is out of scaffolding. The two-level underground parking garage for the residents of the houses and of the district is majestic! The public jetty has been constructed and the first boats have been moored! What a pleasure to see the result come out. And even more fun to see the ‘dream’ of the first sketch in reality. In the coming months, work will continue at the pavilion under the tower. But around the summer the residents will also move in here and they can enjoy the spacious terraces around the apartment.
