Learning for life in the IT Factory

After years of preparation, the construction of the IT Factory at the Zwartewaterallee in Zwolle will start soon. It is a compact, flexible business building for the new generation of IT companies, startups and companies that organize ‘a lifelong learning’ for the -future- labor market. Together with the client and potential users, we have developed various scenarios to optimally stimulate the meeting between entrepreneur and student. Due to the flexible shell with a BREEAM-Good potential, it is not a ‘cast in concrete’ solution for one user. It is a building with future value in flexibility of layout and in energy use and it is completely demountable engineered. LEVS has designed a toolbox for the interior that allows cohesion and individuality of future companies. The first user will move in in mid-2021.
