Christiaan Schuit

Christiaan Schuit has been a dedicated player in the LEVS team since 2009. He became partner in 2021. As an architect with a fine sense for the social, he graduated from the academy of Architecture with an inclusive living environment for people with dementia. The plan got nominated for the Archiprix 2019.

Involvement with the social process, both within the office and in society, informs his design strategies. He understands where the greatest strengths and added value of others lies, and knows how to use that in a project. The result are designs with love and passion for a variety of lifestyles today and a livable planet tomorrow.

Christiaan focuses on projects where a mix of functions, users and forms of living must come together. As with project Rock, in which the clever positioning of residential areas helps to increase the opportunities for young people to meet and connect.

In order to share his passion for and knowledge of architecture, he continues to work at the Academy of Architecture as a guest teacher and workshop leader.
