LEVS makes designs Hartje Eindhoven

At the EXPO REAL in Munich, our client SDK Vastgoed and the municipality of Eindhoven signed the letter of intent for Hartje Eindhoven last month. On a vacant plot between the Philips Stadium and Strijp-S, 220 homes will be realized, 70% of which will be in the mid-rent segment. On the location you will find the entrance to the existing parking garage for the PSV stadium. The urban volume design of LEVS incorporates this entry into the new volume. The project is part of the building boost policy that the Alderman for Housing has started. The ambition is to realize here an urban and relaxed living environment. LEVS will now start the further development.
