In the region of Moscow, our project Vidnoye is way under construction. The six blocks will take more the 180,000 m² GFA and will add 1,900 economy class apartments to the rapidly growing housing district there. But unlike the typical anonymous and repetitive high-rise flats, this design responds to the human scale. The midrise blocks vary from five to nine floors and have a pallet of distinctive stucco façades. But even more innovative is our urban plan with semi-public landscapes around the ensemble and the green courtyards for residents inside each block. The first building is nearly completed, as will be the second at the end of this year. Then, every year another block will be added.
