Two new projects in Tomsk

On two locations in the Russian city of Tomsk LEVS is designing large residential areas. This Siberian hub is known for its traditional wooden houses and large universities, but is characterized also by heavy traffic, repetitive structures and generally low urban quality. LEVS introduces two different high-quality living environments: an open and calm residential landscape with circa 1,000 apartments that connects to the green lung transecting the city, and an inner-city living quarter with circa 700 apartments that amplifies the metropolitan qualities of its location.
