Living among the trees

Yes! ROOT is in, and we can't wait to get started on it together with VORM and BOOM Landscape. Our ambitious design for a nature-inclusive residential building will be a connecting link between living and green in the Eindhoven neighborhood of Mensfort. Because of its round shape, we can realize a number of great qualities with one powerful gesture: preservation of almost all the old trees on the plot, wide living rooms with panoramic balconies, terraces and intimacy in a spacious courtyard garden. With solid wooden terrace areas that float above the surrounding park, we create a transitional zone between inside and outside. A symbiotic relationship is created between the people, animals, insects, plants and urban culture of the area.
