Since January 2018 Marianne Loof has been chair of the board of Arcam, center for architecture, urban design and landscape design in Amsterdam. “The city is our collection and we are the starting point to discover it,” says Arcam. Amsterdam will also grow strongly in the coming years and it is therefore more necessary than ever that the development and design of the city are shown and discussed. Arcam is the ideal place for that. “I am really looking forward to contributing to the development of Arcam,” says Marianne Loof. Between 2011 and 2017, Marianne chaired the Urban Quality Advisory Committee in Amsterdam.
