LEVS supports Living Lab Tomsk

We work on designs, but always in order to contribute to a thriving society. We’re not only architects, we’re also educators. That is why LEVS is a proud supporter of and contributor to the Living Lab Tomsk (LLT): an initiative started at several Tomsk universities, that uses co-creation, placemaking and other bottom-up strategies to engage a new generation of designers in shaping public space and building citizenship.
Over the years, we have been involved in several labs: giving lectures, making fieldtrips and teaching workshops together with colleagues like SVP and S&P. Have a look at some of the results here.
Today, a network of Living Labs has spread over the campuses of 6 different universities in Tomsk. Each has its particular thematic focus. Earlier this year, LLTNET has become the first Russia-based project included in the European Network of Living Labs (ENoLL).
