Havenmeester10 in Zutphen completed

To the north of the Oude IJsselbrug bridge, the silhouette of Zutphen has been given a distinctive building. Havenmeester10 stands firmly on the head of the new Noorderhaven harbour and brings together the old industrial atmosphere of this place and the charm of the Zutphen townscape: shed roofs, sturdy bricked piers and large glass fronts on the harbour side with the apartments, characteristic ‘white line facades’ with the single-family houses along the streets. Even before the houses have been furnished at all, proud owners already have a thermos on their spacious balcony. “Yes, the view is definitely beautiful,” says one of them.
